I paid $20,000 when the contract was signed. Work to begin within 30 days. 11 weeks later the solar panel crew showed up to start but needed $3500 to start which I paid. After the roof was completed a week later, I had to contact the Solar panel company to have the panels replaced and charged another $3500.Then Justin told me he was not going to do the siding.
