We paid a BIG premium for worry free, excellent service...and the job got done but it was a huge hassel. The sales guy made a great pitch and although the price was about 30% more than we were quoted when we talked to multiple contractors about doing the roof, gutters, and insulation separately, we decided to go with them because it seemed like it would be excellent service & workmanship. The roof and gutter/soffit/fascia all went well. They were on time, courteous, and did the work well. The only problem with those aspects of the work was that a pile of gutter-related materials was left on our lawn for nearly 2 weeks and was only picked up after I called multiple times and talked to several people over the course a week or so. The insulation work was way worse. The salesman talked a great deal about how great their Dr Energy Saver system was. A very sciencey explanation and he blew all sorts of smoke about how professional the whole thing would be and how we'd get a "packet" afterwards with before and after photos and complete documentation of the work. The insulation guys, although pleasant, were obviously not well versed in the Dr Energy Saver system - they blew cellulose insulation right up against a big screen open to the outside after I spoke to 2 people specifically about sealing the opening, and after I was told that sealing an opening like that would be done anyway as part of DrEnergy Saver work. After I noticed the issue they came back and fixed it the next day. But We never got the packet with photos they hyped so much during the sales job. I Called several times over a month and couldn't get anyone to tell me what was going on and only got one person to call me back, who just said they'd look into it. Then they sent a 2nd bill threatening to put a lien on our house if we didn't pay up! After I called them some more, finally they sent a guy out to get the pictures and gave us 2%(!) off the price. After they finally came back to take the photos &sent them to me there was no "packet", no before/after comparison--we got 7 photos of random corners. Definitely not the rock solid complete documentation we were promised. The whole time we were trying to get the work done so we could pay and be done with all this, and no one would call us back, the billing dept kept sending us bills. We got another threatening a lien about a day after we finally received the photos - and after our final payment was in the mail.

We pride ourselves on being a one stop shop for work from the attic up, and by the sounds of it we did not excel at your house. I did stop over and inspect you house and everything looks absolutely beautiful from the roof/soffit/leafgaurd stand point. We made a couple changes on how leftover soffit and fascia materials got picked up. We used to bring it back to the shop and then return it to ABC, but we changed our protocol to have ABC pick it up directly from the job. Unfortunately the installers thought the manger call ABC and the manger thought the installer were the ones calling. Just a lack of communication on our part and you were the one left in limbo and for that again I apologize. As far as the pictures of the attic they were all taken and somehow my lead installer deleted them off of his phone. Unfortunately mistakes happen and I cannot fix that. What we can do is learn, get better and that is what we have done. I know that you aren't completely happy with the [Member Information Removed] things went but knowing you chose a great company that stands behind all of our work for the life of your home will hopefully make up for our mistakes and lack of communication. When I bought my house it had gutters with multiple old patches applied but it still leaked badly. I picked Leaf Guard cause they're friendly, affordable, and they do a good job. Unfortunately I couldn't be there the whole time when they putting them up and I don't know that much about gutters. So I called them and they came back to talk to me about everything. Overall a really nice job. I really like not having to think about the gutters and it looks a lot better. I also like being able to fold and fasten the downspouts up and away for mowing.

Andrew was very helpful from start to finish. He is passionate about his company. Great at explaining his product and what we could expect along the way as well as what we could expect from his product. Middle of winter and they still came through when we had a leaky roof and needed it replaced right away. Tore off old shingles, replaced bad boards, put new seals around pipes and installed our new shingles in about 8 hours. It looks fantastic!!

My project was completed the day before Thanksgiving (my reason to be thankful!) and I could not believe the difference LeafGuard gutters made in the aesthetics of my house! In addition to the incredible functionality, my house received a facelift! I was surprised how something as simple as gutters improved the look of my house and wish I would have taken before and after pictures. I highly recommend Rocky, he is a fantastic salesperson and never made me feel pressured. He listened to what was important to me and made me feel very comfortable. The two gentleman responsible for installing my gutters were great and answered my questions the day of installation. I am grateful I no longer need to go on my roof to clean out filthy gutters, a chore I used to dread! Great! They came out quickly and gave us a quote. They were professional and didn't give us the hard sell, which we appreciated. We thought about it for a few days, called the back and scheduled the work. They came out as scheduled and did the work with no problems. The site was cleaned up well.

They are fine and were very successful in getting all the gutters installed. We are very happy with them so far. They got the job done in about 3 hours. The cleanup was very good and we had no problems.

The product is excellent. The best part about it is the warranty follows the life of the home and not the home owner. The leaf guard system is a little expensive but it is worth it because now we will not have to hire someone to come out and clean our gutters. So over time it will pay for itself. We haven't had any problems so far. The company is excellent, very professional and responsive. The two gentleman who came out were very pleasant and respectful of my yard and plants. They did a fabulous job.

The installing went very well it took only 2 hours and everything was cleaned up and took the old gutters with them. I was very please with the job they had done.

Sales personnel and installers were all very professional and work and product appear to be of high quality. We live in a wooded lot and my wife has always been concerned about my significant/frequent roof-time in blowing the gutters clean. Although not yet having gone thru the ultimate test of a 5" downpour, I am optimistic this will eliminate the occasional but rare spillover problem we encountered in past.
Rather expensive, but great folks to work with and appears to be the answer to our problem.

The sales guy, Bob, was very thorough, explaining everything in much detail. He got up on our roof and took pictures, and also looked up in the attic over the house and garage as well. We were surprised to see that some sort of critter had actually been eating one of our roof vents!
He went over everything about the benefits of their product, GAF roofs, which come with a lifetime guarantee, and of Leafguard Gutters, which are the only ones with the Good Housekeeping seal. He also gave us a list of customers so we could go drive by and look at their roofs if we so chose.
We were impressed, so decided to go with this company. The work was scheduled for two days in July, one for the roof, and one for the gutters. The workers were on time, professional and got the work done quickly. (It was 95 degrees out so I don't blame them.)
They did a great job cleaning up, and the roof and gutters looked great! And so far so good...we've had no problems with them.
The supervisor, Andrew, was very friendly and professional, and also dealt quickly with one MINOR issue we noticed after they finished the gutter project.

Loved the salesperson who responded to our call (we had Gutter Helmet installed on a house 15 years ago, which we loved, but wanted to see the latest technology). Clearly presented what they would do. The price was well within what we expected to pay. (If you have trees and have not had something like LeafGaurd or Gutter Helmet on your home you have no idea what you are missing). What I really liked was the installers were prompt, worked hard to complete the project quickly, cleaned up every little scrap from the work area, and smiled while on the job! The final product looks great on our house. A few hours after they left we had a downpour and everything worked perfect.
