We had been dreaming of owning our own business for awhile. We decided to make the dream a reality & took the leap with hope's of improving our lives. So with Troy's 6 years of window cleaning experience, a strip washer, squeegee,a ladder & an old truck, we started Xtreme Cleaning in January, 2003. We began on a "shoe string" budget, with no capital & only a handful of accounts, but we had a "failure is not an option" attitude. Xtreme Cleaning has grown year after year due to our strong commitment to quality of work & superior customer service & today we have many accounts including commercial & industrialWe also offer additional services such as Siding, Gutter/Eave, Chandelier /Lighting Fixture & Mirror cleaning, all done by hand. Count on us for dependable year round service. When you purchase our Complete Service Package* (window cleaning inside & out), we will include cleaning of sills, tracks, & screens FREE of charge. Your service technicians will always be uniformed with neat & clean polo shirts, well kept pants or shorts and clean shoes. Your home and property will be treated with great respect & we always wear shoe covers while inside your home. Our goal is to build a long & fruitful business relationship with our clients. We are fully insured and bonded for your ease of mind. We prefer to compete on customer service, professionalism, & quality of workmanship rather than price.

Showed up on the service date. Gutters cleaned as far as I know. Our gutters are very high and I didn't get on the roof to check. Price reasonable. Good communication.

Team was punctual.  Three workers took less than 3 hours to complete work.  I telecommute, so I had them fit my office window in during some down time.  Windows now look excellent after our years of neglect.  They accepted a 10% coupon I found on channel3000.com after I already accepted their quote and booked the service.  Troy provided information regarding some websites for us to locate replacement window parts.  I need some screens replaced due to rosebush damage.  They do this work, too, during downtime in winter, so they will call me back regarding getting that scheduled.

We recently moved into a home and the gutters were non-functional.  We called Xtreme cleaning and they provided us with an estimate for the gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and siding cleaning services.  The best part is they did the estimate while we were not home.  I only used them for gutter cleaning which they did a great job.  They were very punctual and completed the work in an efficient manor.  
We will definitely call them for any other work we will need.

Xtreme's two man team was very punctual, professional, and safety conscious. Due to weather related issues, my dates of service had to be rescheduled a couple of times, They were very flexible in their schedule to meet my needs. The individual who scheduled the service was very polite and personable.

The 2 man crew arrived on time and was very professional.  One of the crew pointed out that one of our windows had a broken seal, pointed out the haziness from the broken seal.  We were able to get it fixed while still under warranty.
They did a very good job and if needed, I would have them back again.

Cindy Nelson arranged all the scheduling and did so in a professional and efficient manner.  Troy Nelson runs his crew, which is comprised of people who have done this type of work and know what they're doing, in a businesslike manner.  The crew showed up on time and went about getting the job done.  They clearly know what they're doing.  Our windows look great.  The price was fair considering the many windows and ladder work that was required.  We will definitely use Xtreme Cleaners again.

Troy Nelson and his crew do an amazing job making sure our windows, screens, sills, are clean and streak free. He also cleans our siding when needed.  It's so nice to see clearly, what a difference. We use Xtreme Cleaning twice a year, and will continue to do so in the future.
