The neighbors would walk by the house afterward and would not be able to put their hand on why it looked so good and when I told them it was because of the power wash that was done they wanted to know who did the work so they could make note of the company if they needed work done in the future. They have also done numerous gutter cleanings on my house and are reasonable priced, very professional, and do a very thorough job. "Another disappointed customer of Waunakee Remodeling. They replaced the entire roof and gutters, and included a leaf guard system for the gutters. As it turned out, they only put ONE screw in the downspout connected to a gutter drain (which was not clogged), and the downspout became completely detached within 3 years. (The previous/original gutters and downspouts were on for 22 years and I never had a problem...) Waunakee Remodeling charged me over $100 to have them come out and reattach the downspout, and told me that "No Gutter system is maintenance-free" even though this is EXACTLY how it was marketed to me. I will not use them again. Their poor follow-up on their inadequate work is, to say the least, disappointing."
