Why replace the whole window when you can replace Just the Glass! Signs of a seal failure can be seen as "foggy" glass or a purple hue on the outside. A closer look can reveal mold spots or "dirty" glass that is on the inside of the thermopane. In most cases, just the glass can be replaced for a fraction of the cost of new windows.
