It went smoothly. It was very helpful that Stonegate staff clearly laid out what were the stages of the various projects, and what it would cost ahead of time. They kept that schedule, and kept me informed all along the way, about their progress. I am very pleased with the end result of a number of different projects that they undertook for me. It has resulted in a huge improvement in my home.

Everything went according to plan. There were some rain days that extended the project, But there’s nothing you can do about that. We are very happy with the work and the price.

i ran back and forth to Home Depot several times during the day (at least 40 minutes round trip) and I finally rented a cement drill and bit to complete the job. It was costly to me, and time wasted picking up this, exchanging that and so on. I purchased coupon on this site, I paid a lot more. Still needs a proper lock, I use a bungee cord to secure it.

Kris came out and gave me a quote which I thought was very fair. Then I added some other projects for him to do and he agreed. He came at exactly 8:00 am and started work immediately. Worked with another guy for 9 hours. I felt very confident that this job was going quite well. He completed the job in three long days to my satisfaction. He explained when a minor problem would come up and then also came up with the solutions. He finished the remodel of the bathroom in three days and went on to do smaller jobs around my house that needed help. We agreed on a fair price for those jobs as well. I will definitely be using this company for all my concerns in my home. He is most trustworthy and competent!!

bought an Angie's list coupon for 4 hours of handyman service. The people at Stone Gate never called back, evaded our calls and simply pocketed the money. No work was done. We bought a coupon for services. They never followed thru with our attempts to do any work.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Don't attempt to do any business with this firm They have avoided all communication. Money was paid for services that were never performed.

Chris and Robert worked together in my project. Chris was mostly focus on the finances and some handy work. He gave me different options for making my budget fit with their work, that was very helpful. We had few disagreements about payments but we want the work finish so we just had to agree quickly. Many times communication was needed before they continue with the work, as we needed to make changes on the way. In the other hand, Robert completed the project. He was very efficient, if you needed to change something he would gladly do it without giving you any problem, he knew about details of the job and was very easy to communicate with. Overall, I liked their work done and I would advise Chris and Robert to communicate more with the customer while in the process of doing the job before continuing with the project in case of any changes needed.

Everything is good. I purchase 4-hour coupon. They came and ring the door but I didn't hear it and I missed their calls. Two men waited us 1 HR and then left. I called one of them back, but they asked me to pay for the waiting time. I agreed. It was my fault. So, 4 hours coupon becomes 2 hours. One men took 5 hours to install a ceiling fan from nothing is there. I don't know if it is efficient because this is my first time hiring someone to do this. One men costs $40/hour. So, overalls it is not expensive. Everything he did is expected. So, I may hire them again because they are close to my house.
