The serviceman was polite and was very honest about the work that needed to be done. He was neat and cleaned his work area when he finished. Excellent customer service!

Told would not refund my money for defective part. Even kept the defective one, and said would check, but had to call back after a few days to be told I was out of luck

They were really bad, i think i am going to sue them.
They installed the wrong product, hooked up a share intake incorrectly, they left me in a position where i was not in compliance with building code. Over priced.

Altho they weren't the lowest bidder, they werevery close and I went with them because I was impressed with their professional approach. I'd researched furnaces via Consumer Reports, so I knew what I wanted and what the prices should be.They were punctual, and the job was done quickly and efficiently with good clean-up after and the old furnace was taken away. Got a new furnace and thermostat, and both work very well. I'd gladly recommend Peck and Weis.

They were incredibly responsive and I felt confident in their advice and recommendations.

Service was prompt and courteous I was nervous since I never had to call a service before they did have to come back a second time since they had to order special parts it was a good experience I would most definitely use this provider again.

Not only did they check the furnaces and clean them, they also corrected installation problems that my last HVAC company made in my April Aire systems: faulty wiring, and one wasn't even hooked up to a water supply. Then they explained the basics to me so I would know whether the humidity systems were working correctly - something my other company did not do.
On top of all this, they also found faulty wiring within the walls, keeping one of my furnace/AC fans from functioning. No one else I had in found any problem. They pulled a new wire, showed me the lousy splicing job my contractor did, and got my fan running - after a full year of it not working. I am now looking forward to my second story actually being cool when we turn on the AC.

My experience overall went very well. I have used them for about 8 years now. They are very punctual, professional and friendly. The pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend to others.

Like stated previously, the service and employees were great!

Peck and Weis were terrible. Our furnace broke and we called their emergency number. They said that they would send some one out, no one came. I called again in the morning and they finally sent someone out. When the first person came out, he replaced a part in the furnace, that broke in the first twelve hours. The second person that came out was one of the owners and said the part that was replaced was not the problem. The part that pumped the water out had frozen completely, so he replaced that. Then the furnace started working. He said the first guy that came out didn't know what he was doing. He was not very friendly. He charged me for the first service call., and the first part, even though it was their mistake. And they were not willing to adjust the cost at all. I would not use them in the future.

Very professional, informative and helpful. I took advantage of a and quot;Fall Clean and Service Specialand quot; and was happy with the service person as well as the office personnel.

Immediately after the cleaning was performed, I noticed that the fan turned on for an additional 10 seconds about a minute after the heating cycle stopped. Because of the holidays, I was delayed in calling their office to address the issue but they did agree to send out a second person to assess the problem and provide an estimate. The service person adjusted the fan to run longer at the end of the cycle. I was surprised to receive an invoice for the second visit but after I called the office, they immediately provided me with a full credit.

I will definitely use these folks again. They are true to their word.
