We'd definitely hire Creation Construction again. We had no issues. Prices were fair. The work was done quickly with no drama. They did everything they said they'd do, and we are so pleased with the final product!

Kevin was professional, timely, the work was done in three days and has exceptional quality.  I've already referred his services on to two friends of ours who need concrete work done.

We had used Kevin earlier this year for a backyard patio and he did such a nice job we asked him to quote our driveway.
He had an idea for a curved flower bed and patio area in front of the house and it looks much nicer than he described it! He came in and was realistic about the time needed to cure (7 days).
He stayed on schedule and kept any inconvenience to our neighborhood to a minimum.

Our new house has patio doors but no patio so I contacted Kevin with Creation Construction based on reviews and his location. We had a bit of delay in getting the project started due to almost daily rain but when Kevin was able to schedule a date he was prompt and completed the job quickly. He came back two days later to make frost cuts and got that done quickly, too.
We are so pleased we had him quote a driveway , front walk and side porch for the next project.

Creation Construction discussed the options we had; they completed prep work the day before the job. They showed up on time and completed an amazing job for us. This is the 2nd time we have used them and they are the best around.

Creation Construction did a beautiful job on our new driveway and sidewalk. The company came in as the lowest bidder. All of the companies that I looked at when soliciting bids in late June were booked until August, including Creation Construction. They came out in the beginning of August, removed the old driveway in one day and poured a new one on the next. There were no problems. Kevin was able to provide an insurance certificate before the job and a lien waiver after the job was completed. I would use them again.

They happened to have the lowest price but it took forever to get them to come. He gave us the estimate back in May and I got back to him in mid-June. He didn't give us a firm a date on when he was going to come but he finally did come. His responsiveness was very poor. He came out first and had a quick look at the work and then he came out the second time to do the work. He made a mistake in the pricing but told us that and said that he wouldn't charge us more. The price should have probably been one and a half times of what he had originally estimated but he didn't charge us the extra amount. He was honorable that way and didn't try to get more out of us. His price was half of what the next estimate was and one-third of what another estimate was.

We needed the sidewalk leading to our house removed and replaced. After talking with several contractors, we chose to have Creation Construction do the work. Kevin, the owner, gave us a great quote and we were impressed with his ideas and the fact that he had many many years of experience doing concrete work. The job went very smoothly and quickly. Kevin arrived on time with his crew. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The quality of the work was great! I know we will certainly call them again for future projects.
