"Frasiers sent Cody to complete the requested plumbing work. Cody arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. We had Cody return to replace shutoff valves to other plumbing as well. Last week we had Luke come out to provide an estimate for electrical work. He was thorough and explained everything. Luke is scheduled to return to complete the work. Communication has been fantastic with everyone at Frasiers. They have been professional and courteous every step of the way."

"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"The roofers were extremely professional and nice. They found that the previous roofers did not put flashing around the skylights. All of the wood around them was rotten. They had to take all six skylights out to replace the wood. They did it with minimal dust inside. They took the time to put extra ice and snow barriers around the skylights. You can put a structure under your bathtub for support. Many modern tubs come with a built-in support structure underneath. Almost any type of mortar or floor-leveling compound is acceptable for new bathtubs that don’t include a support structure.

You can also install spray foam under an existing bathtub to eliminate or reduce squeaking or sagging. However, spray foam isn’t rigid enough for primary tub support.

A good soaking tub will allow you to completely submerge yourself in the water, so it needs to be at least 20 inches deep. Luxury soaking tubs are 24 inches deep so that you can easily have enough space to be submerged in the water once the tub is full.

It is possible to install a two-in-one unit that has both a shower and a walk-in tub so you can still have both in smaller bathrooms or provide a showerhead for those in the household who prefer taking showers. You’ll hear these referred to as walk-in tub and shower combo units. Fiberglass is the most affordable but least durable, while acrylic is the highest-end and most durable (as long as you don’t go with a poor grade of acrylic, which will be prone to scratches). Enameled steel, where a steel tub is coated in a layer of porcelain, is a wallet-friendly middle ground. This material is highly durable but prone to chips.
