"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"The roofers were extremely professional and nice. They found that the previous roofers did not put flashing around the skylights. All of the wood around them was rotten. They had to take all six skylights out to replace the wood. They did it with minimal dust inside. They took the time to put extra ice and snow barriers around the skylights. Because the frame is custom, drop-in tubs offer more design flexibility and a wider range of materials, such as cultured marble or tile, compared to the simpler acrylic or fiberglass of a typical alcove tub. The frame for a drop-in tub can also be placed anywhere in the bathroom it fits, not just in an alcove.

It is possible to install a two-in-one unit that has both a shower and a walk-in tub so you can still have both in smaller bathrooms or provide a showerhead for those in the household who prefer taking showers. You’ll hear these referred to as walk-in tub and shower combo units. Keep in mind that these combo units can take up more space than a standard shower or tub, and you’ll most likely need to hire a pro to install one.

The cost to replace a bathtub is $2,000 to $9,400. Whether you want to spruce up your bathroom or your existing bathtub is not functioning correctly, purchasing a new tub costs about $5,700 with installation. Prices depend on the type and size of the tub.

A good soaking tub will allow you to completely submerge yourself in the water, so it needs to be at least 20 inches deep. Luxury soaking tubs are 24 inches deep so that you can easily have enough space to be submerged in the water once the tub is full.
