"Initially I thought I would need a power washing job on the deck railings to prepare for new stain. Mike came out to the house to look and informed me that the deck really needed to be sanded instead. Then he offered to come out himself and do the job even though there was no power washing needed. Mike arrived as planned and did an incredible job on this tedious task. After it was complete, he then proceeded to power wash the deck anyways (lots of sanding dust). He went out of his way to exceed expectations and provide a 100% complete job. With a young family, I'm very appreciative of the time this saved me.
