First off, great people to work with. Very prompt and flexible with our schedule. Cleaned our vents in a timely manner and were very professional. Were not bothered with our dog in the house.

Wanted check made out to individual, not business. Had to wait for receipt to be emailed. Was not efficient in this area.

Lint Patrol contacted me promptly to schedule an appointment and communicated a 10 minute delay in their arrival time. Once here, Jeff and Tracy got right to work and they were done in a few minutes. They even offered to put me on a call back list every year so I donâ t have to guess when I need to have my dryer vent cleaned next!

I was able to get next day service due to a cancellation. Arrived on time and done in about 20 minutes. Re-taped vent joints. Everything looks good. Fair price.

We hired them for cleaning the air ducts - this wasn't on the Project List. I felt that they could have worn shoe coverings and could have been more organized - they went to the van numerous times for little items. The vents seem to be clean, we have not had experience with this before.

The team was pleasant to talk to and schedule with over the phone. They arrived and got right to work. I just moved into a condo and did not know where my dryer vented to. Their team located the vent quickly and even brought me outside to show me how the condo association had placed covers over our vents without first cleaning the vents. They pulled bird nests out of my vent which is a huge fire hazard for the entire building and I was able to notify the association the same day with pictures provided by Lint Patrol.
