Only thing that could be better for me is if it were all free, but these guys have to go home and take care of their families too just like the rest of us. "The workers were very experienced and friendly. Cleaned up everything Done in a timely fashion. The only problem was that they do not do the entire bathroom. They only do what is called the wet part. So the tub was taken out and the walls around the tub were taken down to the studs. But the ceiling over that area was not done. So it is hard to find a company that will finish the work because they do not want to ruin the shower doors. No one wants to do just the medicine cabinet and light and sink and toilet. The gentleman that wrote up the order said that it wouldn’t be difficult to find someone to finish the job. That was misleading because it is difficult."

"Goettl & Verbracken did a very competent job for us under difficult conditions in an older home. Working side by side was helpful for both parties, as questions always come up. Location of installed flex gas line (next to and in the same opening as the metal dryer vent) was not anticipated. I drilled a new hold with spade bit and extension and rerouted the gas line. Otherwise, we are happy with the work done and would hire again!"
