Josh, the owner’s, bid was comparable to others but what immediately stood out was that I had it within days. I was also impressed by his approach and communication right from the start. He takes great pride in what he does and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Amazingly they were on the job within 2 weeks. I appreciate that he kept me informed every step of the way and even sent pictures of the work-in-progress to my phone. He and his crew were always respectful, conscientious and a pleasure to have around. They were also very thorough in cleaning up. A week after they started, my job it was done perfectly. As a lifelong resident of northern Wisconsin who’s done lots of construction, I would call that ‘lightening speed’. It’s beautiful and it seems like they’re as happy about it as I am. "We procrastinated our roofing job until the end of October....2 layers of shingles removed, add new shingles, sofets and fascia. Found a hidden layer of cedar shakes and new sheeting to put on. Which im sure added about 2 unexpected days to the job. Took it in stride and got the job done. We couldn't be more pleased with the way everything was done. My roof valleys were cut too short on installation...so they had to come back to repair/patch that, and I really did not like to see patches installed one day after the install. Friendly work leaders but do check out the finished job during the rain...just to be sure all works as you'd like."
