+ -1 moreSunday morning our 40 gallon natural gas hot water heater went out and leaked on the floor. called this company because I have seen their trucks all over town. called and was told tuesday they may be able to get a natural gas hot water heater and it would be $55 an hour for the work. Estimated cost of new water heater same size at $500 for electric and gas runs higher than that. Knew of a tankless on craigslist brand new for same price and natural gas as needed. Called the man back and then quoted us at $260 minimum if we supplied the new water heater. NOT OK in my book to up the price because I searched out a higher quality product not through him. Instead called around and found another plumber who would do it for $60 an hour and if he wasn't at a football game he would have come on a sunday at no added cost. will not use nor recomend this company.
Description of Work: no service as they price gouged once we bought privately a new water heater
