"Robert was great. I needed help installing my 75" tv. I left a message over the weekend. He called me in the morning on Monday, and TV was installed that same afternoon. He was able to provide the mount and at a fair price. All in all, very glad to find his service and expertise. After the mounting we chatted about other upgrades I wanted to do and he gave me some helpful advice on what to think about. I would definitely recommend his services."

"Charged over $1000 for installation of a filter available online for $150. Trainee duct cleaner did not fully clean as I had been told by a salesman. No response to these complaints when I contacted the company. Also, no manual except brief installation instructions were provided. No written guarantee although one was promised. Do not even knows the brand or manufacturer."
