He is extremely friendly and easygoing, yet also very professional. He quoted us a very reasonable price for the work on our deck (@1300 square feet with benches, planters, and railings), so we hired him. He gave us @48 hoursâ notice before coming out to do the cleaning of the deck, which was spotty and stained with algae. His process not only cleaned the deck but also got rid of the stains. After completing the cleaning, he told us heâ d be coming back in 4 days when the weather would be most favorable to do the staining. Carlos confirmed the appointment both the day before and the day of the staining. He spent most of the day staining the deck. His work was impeccable.
