"From the first phone call things went great and were never anything but great. I don't think we've ever called an experience with a contractor pleasant from start to finish before. Len always returned our calls promptly, gave us estimates that were accurate and timely, and was willing to work with our hectic schedule as well as those of the cabinetmaker, electrician and deck contractor. He and his crew always showed up at exactly the time they said they would and left the condo exactly as they found it. In fact, during the second visit, they finished sooner than expected and reduced the bill by $200! We are customers for life, basically. Our only regret? We have nothing else for Len and his crew to paint. His was not the least expensive estimate, but the quality of workmanship, level of professionalism and ALWAYS BEING ON TIME made it by far the best value."

"They are absolutely awesome. If you have a Deck and you haven’t had it maintained in a while these people will do it. If you don’t hire them you’re making a big mistake they are great. Their pricing was fair. They treated the deck like it was their own home. Very very polite and nice people. I know you will love their work.
