Eric and his team are simply the best contractors I have ever worked with! His pricing is competitive, but he goes much further than others I have worked with in doing all the little things just perfectly! He's got great ideas and exceeds expectations. He poured nearly 2500 sq ft for me with a beautiful ribbon outlining the whole driveway. And, he is great at communicating what, when and how he’ll be doing your project. Thanks Eric!

Remove and replace side walkways from front to back and wrap around to alley. Remove and replace front approach to front unit. Added 2 new approaches between public sidewalk and street. Also added traffic bond to alley way for approach to garage. Contractor suggested adding concrete to area I originally thought would be great for a little flower garden but after discussing he said he would cover it up with concrete at no additional charge. I said "Get R Done" The overall "B" is due to the responsiveness at times would take days to here back but the job once started it got done weather permitting. Already decided using Ross for another project. Price is reasonable considering other outrageous bids I was getting and unable to provide proof of previous completed project addresses.

When I would ask him questions he was very responsive and open to talking to me and other contractors have talked back to me just by asking them a simple question.  Eric and his team were on time, worked quick and he was really nice and his whole crew was excellent.  Highly recommended.
