Our sales guy made a few mistakes on the quote initially, but we are all human and he made it right before we signed the contract. The owner, Rick, was very attentive and sent out an entire crew to do our house after realizing how big of a job it was. The crew he sent out did good work and finished the entire house in 5 days. "No clean up - the clean up is failing, the communication wasn't good. I never heard of a company that doesn't provide you with an invoice or give you something stating that it was paid in full. They didn't even offer to send a receipt. They told me they don't send invoices when I requested one. You have to babysit their crew. Customer pays the price for the job because you can't communicate since they don't speak English. Communication failed."
