We hired them to change sand in our whirlpool sand filter and while changing sand, he (Bryan) broke a union joint that connects to sand filter, and it started leaking. When we asked them to fix it they said they will come back tomorrow and never ever returned our call or answer our phone, they even gave us in writing on invoice that they will come fix the mess they have made but still refused to own it. Thinking about taking legal action for loss of revenue in our hotel due to inconvenience of out of order whirlpool in our hotel.
