He identified the particular method of applying a patterned texture that would need to be used for the repair to have it match the existing ceiling. While there, he provided a firm price quote that was reasonable, especially given his ability to do the work within a couple of weeks. The work was completed very professionally, with several visits to allow for curing and finishing steps to be done properly. The results were excellent!"

This took up pretty much my whole home repair budget but I felt I had to act to keep squirrels from getting into the house. After the chimney was removed there were vent holes (no longer connecting to any devices) in the concrete foundation walls of the basement. Guardian was just going to walk away at this point because they "don't do concrete" but after I objected they kludged the opening with tape."
