"We are not Milwaukee Pro Painting and do not offer those services. We are sorry to hear about your poor experience with a contractor. It looks like you are attempting to review and post comments related to a different contractor or company."
"Thank you. We all appreciate the opportunity to help you with your home improvements."
"Mr. and Mrs. F[Consumer name withheld at their request], We sincerely apologize for anything any of us have done that may have made you feel this way. Please give us a call to discuss anything that was not completed to your satisfaction. We are confused as to the substance of these accusations since the last contact we have had with you was at the Final walk thru meeting upon completion of your project when together, we completed the Zero Defects checklist with you and you signed off to the acknowledgement that you were satisfied with the touch ups and final job check punch list at which time you gave us the final payment. The intention of the Zero Defects Final Completion step process is to ensure that both you and Guardian can close out the project as 100% completed and eliminate any potential dissatisfaction or miscommunications. The Zero Defects document confirms a walk-around of the entire house was done, and wall by wall each item of the installation was reviewed with yourself, Jim and Emily, Guardian Management, the project supervisor, and the project foreman. A punch-list of items was developed and agreed to as far as what needed to be done and was completed at no additional cost. Additionally, you were given free gutter and fascia replacement, that were never noted or part of the original contract. We also agreed to change out your electrical light block flashing to a different style of light block, and adjust some of the light blocks to accommodate your electrician?s unusual requests. The agreed to repairs and additional free items were completed by Guardian the following week. Please help us understand if something through this Quality Control process was missed or misunderstood. The Purpose of this process is to give you the control and peace of mind that the project is 100% complete and Not complete until you the customer have the opportunity to do a final walk-thru with a supervisor or manager and both confirm and sign-off on that all items of the project contract met or exceeded your expectations. Our only explanation for your new found dissatisfaction relates to the repeated threats you had made that if some more of the additional items, that were not part of the original contract were not done at no cost to you, that you would post bad reviews. We hope this is not the case and welcome the opportunity to understand what is now different or has changed from the Zero Defects Quality Control process paperwork you signed. We appreciate the opportunity to come back again and revisit any items that for whatever reasons you now feel need to be revisited regardless of the Zero Defects paperwork you signed. If there really are any outstanding issues, we are certainly willing to meet, discuss, and take care of whatever these supposed issues are so we can both confirm your project is complete and meets or exceeds your expectation. Please contact us as soon as possible."
"Thank you from all of us at Team Guardian and for your kind words and recognition of Bryan's customer service. All of us at Team Guardian strive to deliver an exceptional service experience and we look forward to helping you with your projects."
"We are sorry to hear that we were not able to service your emergency. Guardian does not provide emergency services unless they are existing clients. Our phones are answered by live receptionist to ensure all contact information is collected and to direct the callers needs to the correct department to ensure the best service possible. Unfortunately your call was not returned immediately due to the person that could have returned your call was out of the office that day to attend to her sick child. Guardian does not provide emergency services for non-clients and we again apologize for any misunderstanding in thinking we do provide these services. If you are unable to find a company that can properly fix the problems, we welcome the opportunity to help you anyway we can or to refer you to someone that may be able to help."
"Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your home improvement needs."

"Thank you We appreciate the opportunity to help you. Team Guadian"
"Thanks again for the opportunity to continue to help you with your construction needs."
"Thank you for the opportunity to help you. Unfortunately most of the projects we complete are involved in the process of replacing defective installations where the previous company hired projects have failed prematurely. Most of these projects like yours are failing and must be replaced after only 8-10 years."
"Thank you for the recommendation. We appreciate the acknowledgement of our consumer concentric approach of performing a thorough inspection, educating them on spectrum of options, and then advising on best fit for their needs and performing the turn-key construction services as a superior approach to the typical industry experience."
"We are sorry to hear of your comments regarding difficulty getting in contact with someone. Our main phone number 414-226-5619 and is answered by live operator 24/7 to make sure all calls are answered or returned timely. The Bagster-dumpster bag from Waste Management pick up process is automated via the web. This project had the request for pick up processed immediately and signaled a curb side pick up in 1-3 days. We apologize if Waste Management had any delays that caused any inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to better inform others of the potential for delay from Waste Management."
"There appears to be some confusion. The cable being referenced was attached by an eye hook through the fascia board that was not part of the roofing project. During the project the eye hook vibrated out of the fascia board because the underlying board was so rotted out that it would not secure the eye hook. We attempted, at no cost, to re-secure the eye hook per your request but the underlying boards were completely rotted out, which is why it pulled out again. We informed you that we would be willing to take the fascia apart and upon exposing the rotten wood, would replace it, but that since it was not part of the roofing project, the rotten wood replacement and new trim metal work would have to be done at an additional charge as they were not part of the original roofing project. When given that option you informed our project manager that you did not want our installers to do anything more and that you cable provider was coming out the next day and you were going to try and have them take care of it at no charge to you since they were doing a service there anyway. As for the issue with the bathroom vent location, that does not line up with our project notes. At the time your roof was installed, you did not have a bathroom exhaust fan in place, but once the roof was already started you had mentioned that you may decide to add one in the bathroom at some point down the road, but did not know where in the bathroom it would be located so asked if we could cut in a vent in the roof for you to hook up to at a later date, which we did. Upon cutting in that vent you told the crew foreman that you did not like the location and requested that he move it to where it is currently located, so we relocated the vent at your request to the location that you requested. If now, you are finding that whoever is installing your bathroom fan cannot hookup to the vent due to where they are deciding to place it, it can certainly be moved if we can come to an agreement on what that will entail as the current vent is located where you requested it be placed. Regarding your tires. On 5 separate occasions: After the initial roofing removal, after the project was completed, after the dumpster was removed, after the leftover materials were removed, and on a separate return trip when we came back to paint some siding flashing that you requested we paint that was not part of the roof system, but we took care of anyway, we returned to the house re-inspected the work area, driveway, dumpster area, and material storage area, to verify the clean up. On at least 3 of those occasions a magnetic nail rake was used to confirm that all of the nails from project were removed. In none of these follow ups were there any nails that were found, let alone so many that would make a tire irreparable, and also, in none of those follow up visits had you ever mentioned to the foreman, project manager, or called into our office to mention any issues with nails in your times, Now"
"Misunderstanding: Guardian has operated since 1995. We cannot contribute to commentary as to the project described since no one from Guardian has seen or inspected the project."
