Armando showed up on time (I was alerted via text messages with advance quote, arrival times and "en route" status). Armando was polite, considerate and conscientious. He worked very hard to complete all the rooms in about 2 hours. He even checked to make sure I had my cat secured (so she wouldn't escape during cleaning). My carpets look terrific and the price was fair and well communicated. I will certainly call PureSteam the next time I need carpets cleaned. Thank you PureSteam for a well-done professional job!"

"Our large, gorgeous, authentic, 100% wool, Oriental rug was in desperate need of cleaning. We've had it for over 20 years, and it was looking pretty dull. Not that it's never been cleaned before. It just needed a better job. Premiere did the trick. Appointment was easy to schedule. Staff very responsive. Got quote over the phone. After cleaning they even held onto for awhile it at our request until we finished all the spring cleaning projects in our house. Very accommodating. I was thrilled when it was delivered. Premier's process has restored the colors to their original vibrancy. I didn't even think that was possible. I will definitely use Premier the next time. "Krispy Clean did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and in a very timely manner. The staff was friendly and responsive. My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."

"Lori did a great job, she was on time, a hoot to chat with, and was completely understanding when we mentioned that we were running behind schedule. She was pretty darn through for my standards but apparently not for my now former property manager (JEK) as they found some places she missed that neither of us thought to clean/double check I guess. It's currently up in the air whether they give me my deposit back or not for additional cleaning fees after the fact, but hopefully not as I informed JEK of Lori's awesome services. If I do end up needing these services again in the future I know who to contact."

"Andy showed up 15 mins. early, which was fine. He set about measuring right away, and told me what my cost would be. He vacuumed the whole area to be cleaned, which I appreciated, as some companies expect the customer to vacuum first. The cleaning process was quick and efficient, and very effective, as the pet stains and odors I had were all gone. Also, the carpet is dry right away, rather than hours later like some treatments. Andy was professional, pleasant, and efficient, and had some advice for me about treatment of future stains. I will definitely use them again."
