"Our large, gorgeous, authentic, 100% wool, Oriental rug was in desperate need of cleaning. We've had it for over 20 years, and it was looking pretty dull. Not that it's never been cleaned before. It just needed a better job. Premiere did the trick. Appointment was easy to schedule. Staff very responsive. Got quote over the phone. After cleaning they even held onto for awhile it at our request until we finished all the spring cleaning projects in our house. Very accommodating. I was thrilled when it was delivered. "Krispy Clean did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and in a very timely manner. The staff was friendly and responsive. My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."

"Lori did a great job, she was on time, a hoot to chat with, and was completely understanding when we mentioned that we were running behind schedule. She was pretty darn through for my standards but apparently not for my now former property manager (JEK) as they found some places she missed that neither of us thought to clean/double check I guess. It's currently up in the air whether they give me my deposit back or not for additional cleaning fees after the fact, but hopefully not as I informed JEK of Lori's awesome services. If I do end up needing these services again in the future I know who to contact."

" The person doing the cleaning was delayed about 30 minutes but called well in advance to alert us to the delay.  The carpets were refreshed and cleaned without noticeable stains remaining.  The cleaned carpet in three of the rooms is over 10 years old and now appears nearly new.  The carpet in the fourth room is only three years old and appears like it had just been installed.  The job took about two hours and the great part of the dry cleaning process versus steam cleaning is that there is no drying time.  You can walk on it immediately.. "
