Lori did a great job, she was on time, a hoot to chat with, and was completely understanding when we mentioned that we were running behind schedule. She was pretty darn through for my standards but apparently not for my now former property manager (JEK) as they found some places she missed that neither of us thought to clean/double check I guess. It's currently up in the air whether they give me my deposit back or not for additional cleaning fees after the fact, but hopefully not as I informed JEK of Lori's awesome services. If I do end up needing these services again in the future I know who to contact.

I love the days when I get my home cleaned by Mystic Cleaning. It is worth every penny, and a great company to work with. Other cleaning companies I've used in the past have been very poor quality, where I would just as soon clean myself for what they are charging. Mystic Cleaning leaves my house gorgeous for a fair price.

We've used Mystic for more than 3 or so years now and we've been very pleased with their consistent, pleasant professionalism. They've been always receptive to any special requests to use, or not use, certain cleaning products, pay attention to any trouble spots as appropriate and have been great communicators regarding any schedule issues or changes ... it's been a collaborative and positive relationship and experience. My spouse and I have had numerous cleaning services over the years and up until we started having Mystic be our service provider, it's been pretty much a parade of short-term and unsatisfactory experiences. We plan to stick with our Mystic folks for a very long time!

I hired Mystic Cleaning in January 2017. Jacqueline has been cleaning our house on a monthly basis. She does an excellent job! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a clean house in less than four hours at a great price! She is also very accommodating, professional and friendly.

Work was rushed. Told 2 1/2 hours; left after 1 hr. Charged for 2 people (brought her mother) to do bathrooms (1 and 1/2). Did not do floors completely. Left cleaning rags on kitchen counter. Rushed out to next job. Will not have her return.

"I Apologize you feel this way. As mentioned over the phone we are willing to come out and do the floors FREE of charge. I do mention that this is a local FAMILY business and I have a additional helper with me. Weather it be my husband, Larry or mother, Paula. Yes 2 1/2hrs MIN REQ for 1 PERSON or 1 1/2 MIN REQ for a team of 2 to have us come out and do the job. It won't always get done in that time frame. Initial cleaning is always more. That's why it's an estimate. This something that I always explain during our over the phone estimate. Any further questions give me a call."

They do a very good job cleaning. Whatever you want cleaned, they will do. The only thing I didn't like is that the owner brought her Mother with her to clean, (which I wasn't aware of) and charged me over double for the cleaning. Not too happy about that. If I'd known that I would have requested only one person.
