Just had my 2nd old wool rug washed, repaired and protected. The colors are so vibrant, the new fringe looks great and the binding on the sides is repaired and uniform. Trent is an exceptional craftsman, highly skilled and knowledgeable. I won’t go anywhere else and appreciate Premier’s wonderful service.

We tried Premier Rug Washing for the first time after our big dog had a big accident on our carpet runner. I was amazed! Not only did they remove the stain, there was absolutely no odor remaining on the rug. The rug came back to us like it was brand new again! I'll be using there services again!

arrived promptly. offered to repair some of the rugs. i want even aware that was an option so I was thrilled to find that out. Delivered rugs when promised. They all looked NEW again. and they all FELT new. i kept walking on them because they all felt bouncy good.

Our large, gorgeous, authentic, 100% wool, Oriental rug was in desperate need of cleaning. We've had it for over 20 years, and it was looking pretty dull. Not that it's never been cleaned before. It just needed a better job. Premiere did the trick. Appointment was easy to schedule. Staff very responsive. Got quote over the phone. After cleaning they even held onto for awhile it at our request until we finished all the spring cleaning projects in our house. Very accommodating. I was thrilled when it was delivered. Premier's process has restored the colors to their original vibrancy. I didn't even think that was possible. I will definitely use Premier the next time. Highly recommended! -------------------------------------- Notes: Cost is competitive. Includes taxes and $65 pick up and delivery if you need that. Rug had a cleaning smell that aired out quickly. No problems with pets.

Perfectly. Trent is professional and an expert carpet cleaner and cleaned regular carpets and an oriental area rug. All done perfectly and just in the time specified. I would recommend Premier to anyone without hesitation.

My experience with Premier Rug Washing was the worst I've ever had with any local business. The owners are not only unethical but liars. hey are RUDE, misogynistic pigs that need to fine another line of work than dealing with the public. If you wanted to be ripped and and verbally abused, go ahead and use them.

"We have contacted our competitors who clean area rugs and our price is within a dollar of each other (ranging from $4.00 to $5.00) We initially cleaned her blue, nylon rug in May 2017 and charged $4.50 per sf ($93.69) plus sales tax. We also cleaned another area rug and the carpeting in her bedrooms, at that same time. Area rugs are not the same as cleaning carpeting. Carpeting is attached to the floor of a home and is cleaned on the surface. Area rugs, when properly cleaned, are removed from the home and brought to the shop for a ten steps cleaning process including immersion in a bath and drying on a rack. Since carpeting cleaning is simpler, the rate is $0.45 per square foot. When the blue, nylon rug was brought in for a second cleaning (in October 2017), we charged $3.50 per sf ($76.79) plus sales tax. We also charged for pick-up and delivery of the rug ($65). Our website states that pick-up/delivery "is available". It does not say this is a free service. Normal business practice would state "pick-up/delivery is free", if there was no charge for the service. Businesses who say "available" mean there is a fee for the service. Our rate is within the price of our competitors. It covers our costs of the labor and vehicle use. It is never our intention to be rude or discourteous to any customer. It is difficult to hold your temper when a customer is yelling at you and calling you profane names. I am sorry that this customer was unhappy with the price but she did accept the price when she gave us the rug for cleaning. If she had a better offer, she had the option of taking that offer instead of using our services a second time. We had no complaints regarding the two area rugs and carpeting we cleaned in May 2017 and the price charged was our normal rate of $4.50 per sf for the area rugs whereas the price charged in October was $3.50 per sf since she was a repeat customer."

Trent gave us a fair estimate with a break on some costs because we had so many rugs. Premier Rug Washing did a beautiful job. The rugs came back in wonderful condition, look vibrant and the cat odor on the one rug is gone. I can't say enough about Trent's excellent repair work, especially on a that runner that was in really rough shape. Trent is careful, experienced, professional, extremely knowledgable and loves what he does. He is also very reassuring about the care he gives your valuable antiques. We will go back to Premier Rug Washing for any future rug cleaning and highly recommend their services.

They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was shown the whole process. The rug looks great, although a little stiff at first, but a little vacuuming took care of that. In addition, they repaired some of the fringe and edging for free.

This is the second carpet that I have brought here. They are so helpful and professional. Since I wanted a pad, they replaced the fringe for free. It looks like new. Great job and they are lovely people to deal with.

I inherited at 9 x 12 100-year-old antique rug that had not been cleaned in years and had prominent pet odors. I contacted Premier Rug Washing and they were very helpful in talking me through the process of washing my rug and making sure that my family heirloom was properly cared for. Pickup and delivery were prompt and professional. I'm very satisfied with the magic they performed to clean the rug and feel that investment in cleaning was worth every penny. I also decided to purchase a custom cut rug pad from the business after a consult and am very happy with the pad's feel and durability.

I have two beautiful wool oriental rugs (Turkish, Iranian) I inherited
from my father. They had been very heavily used (the runner had been in a
very high traffic area for over 10 years) but not overly worn. Trent
did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning them. They look beautiful and have ZERO
odor. Could not have been happier. I did also purchase protectors to go
under the rugs to protect our new hard wood floors form unseen
spills/accidents. Those are a little pricey but worth the protection.
Would definitely take rugs here again!
