"Hi [Member Name Removed], thank you for your feedback. When our team leader went to let your husband know we were done, he looked around the house and seemed to be happy with the work performed. However, we do want all of our customers to be 100% happy with our work, which is why we offered to go back to your home as soon as possible (which was the Saturday after Thanksgiving) as soon as you contacted us. You're right about us taking longer than anticipated. We detailed clean the blinds, when we weren't supposed to, which took a big chunk of time. I do apologize for that. That plus the contractors working in your basement caused things to move a little bit slower than normal. We're very sorry you weren't satisfied with our work. As mentioned above, we do stand by our promise of quality service and want our customers to be 100% happy, and we know that even if one is as careful and meticulous as we are, mistakes can happen. Which is why we will do anything in our power to ensure our customer's satisfaction, as we explained when we offered to come back to your home free of charge and then gave you a discount when coming back wasn't an option.
