I have used him multiple times and he does a great job cleaning the carpets. He is very pleasant to work with and has great prices.

Andy showed up 15 mins. early, which was fine. He set about measuring right away, and told me what my cost would be. He vacuumed the whole area to be cleaned, which I appreciated, as some companies expect the customer to vacuum first. The cleaning process was quick and efficient, and very effective, as the pet stains and odors I had were all gone. Also, the carpet is dry right away, rather than hours later like some treatments. Andy was professional, pleasant, and efficient, and had some advice for me about treatment of future stains. I will definitely use them again.

In addition doing a good job on removing stains from the chair, wall to wall carpeting was done for four rooms of average-to-small size, as well as a hallway and set of stairs. One carpet on a concrete basement floor had a stain that had come back after previous cleanings. It was explained to us by Advanced that this was probably due to moisture in the cement wicking back into the carpet and that the dry system might make this less likely, but with no promises. As of a month later, we've seen no return of the stain.

The Advanced person arrived early, as we were forewarned might happen, and worked efficiently while being there to answer our questions. We asked for that an old and deep stain on an area rug also be addressed, which had not been included in the original request, and that was done well for an additional charge of only $10 with better than expected results.

 The person doing the cleaning was delayed about 30 minutes but called well in advance to alert us to the delay.  The carpets were refreshed and cleaned without noticeable stains remaining.  The cleaned carpet in three of the rooms is over 10 years old and now appears nearly new.  The carpet in the fourth room is only three years old and appears like it had just been installed.  The job took about two hours and the great part of the dry cleaning process versus steam cleaning is that there is no drying time.  You can walk on it immediately.. 

Overall it went extremely well, and I was quite pleased.  First, when setting up the appointment, I got service within just a few days, which was faster than I expected.  On the day Advanced Dry was supposed to come, I had a miscommunication with a friend who was supposed to be there to open the house.  The man who was doing the cleaning called me.  I couldn't leave work right away, so he suggested that he could take an early lunch and then meet me during lunch break at my home.  I was grateful and relieved, as I had a series of meetings that morning.

When I came to my house, the man from Advanced Dry was waiting for me.  He was professional and cordial, and we briefly discussed the cleaning work.  I had a couple questions about the organic products used and the process, and he took the time to explain and answer my questions.  I didn't feel rushed.

The first thing he did was clean a spot off a seat, which was just something I mentioned when speaking with Nancy from Advanced Dry.  This was a stain from 6 months prior from Mexican food.  He quickly  removed the stain.  I was amazed and honestly didn't have any expectations that this could actually come out.  After this, he went to work on the carpet.  I left.  

When I returned, the carpet was beautifully done, very clean, and looked new.  I was extremely impressed.  The man from Advanced Dry even worked around areas in my bedroom that I didn't expect.  The areas which were matted pathways in the carpet from the routes down the hallway weren't there anymore.    

Overall, I highly recommend Advanced Dry.  They were professional, accommodating, and did an excellent job on the carpet. Even when I had a mix up with someone being at my place, they were gracious and helpful.  They answered all my questions and gave great service.

They provided carpet cleaning, area rug service, and tile/grout cleaning.

The carpet cleaning system is great.  It is different than you might be used to with an antiquated steam-cleaning system.They used a pretty high tech system that frees up the soil in the carpet fibers and encapsulates them to be vacuumed up.The best part, is there isn't that long drying time that you have with older systems.

You could literally have your carpets cleaned right before your big party....!!

They did a great job on our tile entryway and sofa and loveseat.I would definitely use them again (and recommend them to all my friends)
