"Specialists Len (owner), Ed, Neal, & Joe arrived promptly at the assigned time, 7 am. They were very careful, covering the floors & remaining furniture. The guys were pleasant & worked diligently. Eddie did an awesome job "repairing" the moisture-damaged living room wall. It looks perfect! Len applied the fine finishing touches on some woodwork in the hallway he painted. He did a meticulous job on that & the entire bathroom. For the kitchen & bath, we decided to use Len's expert knowledge of color harmonies, & were very pleased! The full project was completed by 4 pm, including clean-up! Len was right for us to be cautious about the family room ceiling. There was slight bleeding, but thanks to a quick return job from Ed (again using oil-based Kilz, rather than regular paint) & son, Eric, it now looks perfect! "PROS: Nice guys, responsive to my phone calls and my changing schedule, which was much appreciated.  They did not require me to clean out the room very much or remove furniture.  Instead, they covered things well and that made things easier on me.
I chose to paint yellow over gray, which I think is a tough thing to do - there were some spots they went over multiple times to get it to cover well.  They caulked the corners, which I had never seen before and thought was a nice touch.  They also patched some ceiling cracks without creating too much of a mess, which is very hard to do.  
CONS: When they painted white on top of white for the ceiling, they did miss some spots and despite having them try again, I still see a few missed areas when the light is just right.  Same with my wood molding.  For the price, it was a very fair deal, they put lots of time and effort in.  But I was not 100% satisfied with their attention to detail.  I feel I had to point things out to them...but when I did, they were very accommodating in trying to address my concerns.  Since I was there to watch, I got to point things out.  If I had not been able to supervise, I might not have been as pleased with the final outcome.

"Donnie came out to look over the job and give us a price. He was on time professional, knowledgable, and sincere - my husband and I both felt very comfortable with him. He sent a written quote via email latter that day as promised. When we finally had most things out of the basement we called him back. He came out again, we added a few things to the original plan. He was reassuring that he could start on our desired date and that we would be happy with his workers. They came on our desired day to start. We were skeptical but hopeful. By the end of the first day we were thrilled with all the workers! No way we could have hoped for better. Norma the team leader was unbelievable working alongside  the men with suits and masks in hot summer weather. They were prompt everyday and worked hard and quickly and were neat and clean.  Everything was just right when they left. I highly recommend MasterCat if you need mold remediation and want your property treated like it was theirs. "

"Rich came to give us a quote the same day we called. He told us what items could be cleaned and saved and what had to be disposed of. He took the time and explained everything thoroughly. The next morning his crew came on time and got right to work. Rich and the guys did a great job cleaning our basement. You would never know their was ever sewage in our basement. "The project went well. Chris and his Son were polite and did a good job. Under the cold conditions they were able to provide a high quality product. The work they did in my garage looks amazing. They were also able to touch up my existing drywall and re-texture and paint to make the whole garage seamless. There were a few minor cracks to the seams that showed up. Chris is going to wait until the weather warms up to come back and take care of them. I'm confident this will be resolved and he was more than willing to address and take care of it. I'll post an update once the work is done. I also had them paint some exposed wood around my garage door. They did a very nice job and I'm thrilled with the work."

"I meant to write a review and never got around to it. I don't remember how I found Ron. I had water damage in finished basement. I did the demo myself of about 18 feet of wall and portion of ceiling and studs. Ron's friend Gary Murphy replaced the studs. Ron did the drywall. The drywall finish was not typical, yet he did a great job of matching. After painting by a pro it is impossible for one not familiar with the work to tell the wall was repaired."
