"Specialists Len (owner), Ed, Neal, & Joe arrived promptly at the assigned time, 7 am. They were very careful, covering the floors & remaining furniture. The guys were pleasant & worked diligently. Eddie did an awesome job "repairing" the moisture-damaged living room wall. It looks perfect! Len applied the fine finishing touches on some woodwork in the hallway he painted. He did a meticulous job on that & the entire bathroom. For the kitchen & bath, we decided to use Len's expert knowledge of color harmonies, & were very pleased! The full project was completed by 4 pm, including clean-up! Len was right for us to be cautious about the family room ceiling. There was slight bleeding, but thanks to a quick return job from Ed (again using oil-based Kilz, rather than regular paint) & son, Eric, it now looks perfect! "PROS: Nice guys, responsive to my phone calls and my changing schedule, which was much appreciated.  They did not require me to clean out the room very much or remove furniture.  Instead, they covered things well and that made things easier on me.
I chose to paint yellow over gray, which I think is a tough thing to do - there were some spots they went over multiple times to get it to cover well.  They caulked the corners, which I had never seen before and thought was a nice touch.  They also patched some ceiling cracks without creating too much of a mess, which is very hard to do.  
CONS: When they painted white on top of white for the ceiling, they did miss some spots and despite having them try again, I still see a few missed areas when the light is just right.  Same with my wood molding.  For the price, it was a very fair deal, they put lots of time and effort in.  But I was not 100% satisfied with their attention to detail.  I feel I had to point things out to them...but when I did, they were very accommodating in trying to address my concerns.  Since I was there to watch, I got to point things out.  If I had not been able to supervise, I might not have been as pleased with the final outcome.

"Rich came to give us a quote the same day we called. He told us what items could be cleaned and saved and what had to be disposed of. He took the time and explained everything thoroughly. The next morning his crew came on time and got right to work. Rich and the guys did a great job cleaning our basement. You would never know their was ever sewage in our basement. "The experience was overall excellent, except after it was done I started to question the price and I noticed a few other things that make me grade slightly lower on both price and quality. I should have gotten more quotes, but I had already spent $129 for the one room. I did have a lot of issues and they had to replace a pretty large area of drywall in my hallway. I can’t grade them poorly on price, when I didn’t get more quotes and I didn’t question it until after the work was done and I had paid him. Chris (the owner) did say that he was willing to work with me on price, so I would take him up on that negotiation next time. I was naïve about the price before the project started. As far as quality, the color of the wood trim they replaced around my furnace chimney does not match the rest of the woodwork on the chimney. I have dark wood, and they stained it a bit lighter than that. I said it was acceptable, so it's my fault for not liking it as much after they left. When the sun hits it just right, I can really see the difference in color. But, like I said, it's my fault for saying it was ok. The craftsmanship on replacing that piece of trim was excellent. It looks beautiful, except the color being a bit off. The painter who did the painting afterwards found a couple areas where texture spray is missing and said there was texture spray on my ceiling fan blades facing the ceiling. He only mentioned that, because he didn’t want me to think he did it. I haven’t looked at the blades myself, but I believe him. The painter also pointed out a slight crack forming already near my chimney. I’ve already talked with the owner Chris about that and Chris said he’d come out and look at it. We haven’t made the appointment yet, but Chris seemed concerned about it and will stand behind his work. I’m not sure what’s going on there, because Mudslingers really did a thorough job replacing the drywall around my chimney. I was surprised to see the crack, as well. Overall the cleanup by Mudslingers was very thorough. I was able to comfortably move around my house during the project, which I wasn’t expecting to be able to do. My house looks 100% times better now than it did before Mudslingers repaired the walls. The owner (Chris), his son, and the 3rd worker were all very professional, nice, and they seemed to know what they were doing. His son even fixed a crack in my hallway that I hadn't even noticed. So I appreciated their being proactive while they worked. I trusted them with a key to my home and they used it responsibly. I would hire them again, but I would get a few quotes, just to compare prices. I didn't get more quotes because I had already invested $129 through Angie's List to hire them."
