"Great job. The remodel was done before the schedule. It turned out very nice. Matt also helped pick out flooring and tile that worked perfect for the bathroom."

"The customer service was outstanding and they have a high-quality product. I would highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to anyone looking to redo their bathroom."

"This is just the last of several jobs Jim has completed for us.  Over a period of 20 years (1992-2012 and $50K plus dollars), Jim has completed 6 projects for us in our home.  The larger involved the remodeling of our kitchen and entry foyer, remodeling our family room, installing a full bath in our basement, and finishing/insulating our double car garage.  In addition to these projects, Jim has made himself available for a couple smaller repair jobs, as indicated in this reference.  Over these years, I have developed a confidence and trust in his ability and would first contact Jim for any future projects."

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"This contractor does not do the work I need completed, they also need to list in their profile that they will not work with insurance claims. While that is their choice, it was not a beneficial use of my time or his to call me regarding this project request. He did not let me tell him that there is expectation above and beyond the insurance claim for this remodel, he just cut me off in the middle of the statement. We were already planning a remodel prior to the water damage occuring."

"They did a great job on design layout. they were very professional and efficient."

"I am happy with the look of my cabinets. Minor issues were that one drawer face was missing and had to be ordered.. One drawer rail left disconnected but that and missing drawer face are being fixed this week. I would still recommend this company for responsiveness and value. They have great customer service."
