Their new drywall & flooring installation work great and they did a good job with the plumbing & electrical adjustments I needed done. They cleaned up the mess they made daily and tried to keep the rest of the house clean and dust free. Total cost for both basement & bathroom remodel was $23900. There were some additional remodeling costs that I didn’t budget for initially but Gordon was willing to work with me on making payments for the additional features that were added to the remodel. "AAARB deserves 5 stars for Ron's friendly phone skills, Mark's quick and accurate estimate, the painters' and the carpenter's fine craftsmanship, problem solving and everyone's excellent customer service. They all made my 60 year old ranch with dated wallpaper, drab paint and original trim (last painted 20+ years ago) now sparkle and shine with Sherwin Williams Extra White (SW 7006) paint. Parts of my basement had never even been painted before. Jimmy did an excellent job caulking in the bathroom. All the painters are great. I will hire them all in a heartbeat for exterior work as soon as weather permits. I appreciate their suggestions, their skill, and the quick pace. Everything went exactly as explained and as planned.
