"Lance spent two hours nailing and screwing the subfloor in one bedroom to remove severe squeaks. He was only able to resolve part of the problem when he concluded the rest of the carpeted area squeaks were from under the laminate flooring outside the bedroom. Unfortunately, he does not work with repairing/removing laminate. So, although I give him kudos for his efforts, be careful what your needs are and verify he can help. Now, I have to find someone else who can continue to repair the squeaks under carpet and laminate."

After the floors were sanded, he put down the a few samples so I could make a final choice. The floors were gorgeous. I had many compliments on the finished product. He also completed the job in the timeline he gave me and cleaned up when done. I would highly recommend him."
