"I had a very dirty a/c unit, and didn't want to clean it myself. Was afraid of damaging the fins, plus it hadn't been serviced for years prior to us purchasing this duplex. The gentleman arrived exactly on time. He cleaned it very well, then check the furnace filter which was also very dirty, replaced it.
