"They didn`t do anything they came out ,they supposed to come next week after the order apart. I never heard back from the guy. I am a hundred dollars down deposit. He claimed that was supposed to be for they was going to wave the diagnostic fee that was for the parts in the service, never came back out. I haven`t heard from him."

From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. This can include your VOIP phone vendor, internet provider, or other software systems support. I can help you setup 3rd party software systems like UPS Worldship or SpeeDee Delivery for shipping. I have worked with various clients with the setup, of QuickBooks accounting, both On Premise and in the cloud. This includes importing data from other systems into Quickbooks. I have also migrated the QuickBooks desktop/on premise version to the Cloud based system. I routinely help customers with Computer, network, internet, and overall systems performance issues. When practical I will work onsite with you to assist you with your IT needs.
