On time, professional. did a very nice job and cleaned up everything before he left.

I tried to work in good faith with the man with no response in return. Very poor communication.

After agreeing to do the complete job he verbally said he would only charge for removing the tree but not the roots, etc. He did remove the tree and cut the stump at ground level but did not remove anything below ground level!! Also, he did not remove or destroy any of the smaller branches!!

Good Communication in the beginning, persistent to earn our business. The price was what we were looking to pay.

Theyâ re a good crew and are very careful with falling a large tree. The cleanup, for the most part, was good; however, there were some sections of tree trunks that was left behind. Iâ ve tried reaching out to them and theyâ ve told me that theyâ ll have their guy come and remove it. Itâ s been two weeks and itâ s still there. I understand that theyâ re busy, but finish on what you set out to do. If itâ s still there by next month, Iâ ll have to take extra measures.

Basically, they came and started the job and they did not finish it, it has been two weeks and they are still not coming to take care of it and they are not getting back to me.

The team was very easy to work with. Very considerate... they even cut up some of the wood for me for my fire pit and stacked at nicely. I do have more tree work to be done and I will definitely use this company. Thanks guys.

Got the trees down and removed debris. Was not expecting large stumps left behind. Due to limited time, had to hire another company to come remove stumps. Not a great experience.

Corbitt Ross dropped a tree on the corner of our house on 3-25-2021. That was the beginning of our nightmare. Before he left that day, Corbitt wrote up a contract addendum stating: *$800 paid, $700 upon completion of repairs*. I told him I wanted to speak to my insurance as I had never had to deal with a claim before. My agent told me to use a 3rd party to fix my roof because the contractor who damaged it wants to get it done as cheaply as possible. Made sense. I informed Corbitt that we needed to file a claim. His demeanor changed, he immediately informed me I owed him the remaining balance. I told him no, that the new contract states *due upon completion* he did not care. He said that was only if he did not have to make a claim. I restated the contract terms. In the mean time I got an estimate and emailed it to his agent. I get a call telling me things need to be changed from Corbitt. I found out later from the litigation manager it was not their job to do that. But 6 days later, I emailed revised estimate. We heard nothing for a week. My wife called his agent and I stopped by his agents office and were both told he had filed it but did not have a claim number yet. Thanks to my wife, she finally found where to call for Progressive commercial claims six weeks after the house was damaged and neither Corbitt or his agent had made a claim. In the mean time, Corbitt Ross sent an *intent to lien my house*, in the end of April, Stating if I had not paid the $700 (that was not due till after repairs) by May 28th he would put a lien on my house. On May 10th, my wife finally manages to talk with the litigation manager. The litigation manager calls his agent to investigate what is going on? His agent says he made the claim on a certain call earlier. They record all calls, no claim was made than or ever to litigation managers office. That information is straight from the litigation manager. The litigation manager made a claim for us, approved estimate 3 days later and on May 24th we received our check from Progressive. No thanks to Ross Exteriors or his agent. Last but not least. May 26th I get a text from Corbitt Ross stating if he does not receive his money May 28th he his filing a lien on my house and turn it over to his lawyers for collection and possible foreclosure. I know better than that but I was getting sick of his harassment. I paid him May 28th just to get rid of this horrific event. My house still is not fixed more than 2 months later. Hopefully in next week or 2. If you want this nightmare hire him. A person is not defined by a mistake, but how he responds to a mistake defines him.
