The ease of cleaning them from inside (multiple stories) was one of the best things along with a lifetime warranty. Years later there was a small issue with one and within days the service manager himself cam and inspected and did this minor repair. In this day and age that is a most impressive level of service. He was determined to leave with a signed contract. It is good that his visit was the last of 4 that I had arranged, so I knew exactly what I needed and wanted. The windows came in sooner than we expected. The installation was fast, but split up, as the front door came in after the windows. The two installation teams were phenomenal. Zero mess, zero damage to the existing frames. The second team also did the front door, with equal care and workmanship. Upon inspection, 3 of the glass panes and very fine interior scratches. The project manager ordered replacements and these were switched out seamlessly. Overall, I highly recommend Empire. Since our windows have a lifetime warranty, I won't need them again for that! However, I would use them again for other projects."
