"It turned out good. It took them a long time to get the gift card to me but other than that everything went fine. Every time I talked to somebody I would tell them it's an Angie's List Big Deal and I think that some place along the line somebody didn't  pay attention to that. I don't know if there's a commission involved on the other end or something, so I had to call back two or three times to get it all finished up and get the gift card and I think they even had to have a refund.
