ELECTRICAL CONCEPTS INC

We just moved to Milwaukee from out of state and needed to find a new electrician for our 100 year old home. We got lucky with Electrical Concepts. Quinn and Aaron are responsive, reliable, and do great work. Would highly recommend! I have worked with them on two projects. They installed a porch light that required new wiring and installed a 200 amp panel for our new A/C units.

We have used him for 14 years. It took a couple of days to complete the work. There was one worker who came to do the work. They left the area clean when they were done with their work.

Everything went very smoothly - Jim and his team were very responsive and professional.  The work was high quality and we are very pleased with how the project went.  Everything looks clean and works great!

This job was a mess through no fault of theirs. We were replacing an old electric slide-in stove with a new gas one and found out after starting the process that the new stove would not fit due to the custom cabinetry configuration. So what should have been a 2-hour job ended up being delayed while we sorted out carpentry and flooring issues as well as scheduling with the plumber to do gas line work. Electrical Concepts came out three times during this process and was very helpful and understanding about what we were trying to do and figuring out the best way to do it. In the end, they did their job and the results are fine. The bill came to about $100 more than the estimate, but seeing as he came out three times and they did not add additional trip charges, I can live with that.

They were friendly and answered all of my questions. They did the work and cleaned up so well we couldn't even tell they were there.

They were very good to us. I know their prices were fair but my husband paid them directly so I do not know what our total bill was. They were extremely neat about their work. They also seemed to use good time management skills. We were pleased with this company.

We called Electrical Concepts to do an inspection of our electrical after experiencing outages and surges. We were able to book a same day appointment and the technician arrived early. Walked us through the inspection and explained everything to our satisfaction. Would not hesitate to call again in the future.

The electrician did an excellent job in keeping my costs to a minimum during this project. There was a lot more work that needed to be done than I anticipated.
