Horrible. First of all, he arrived late of around 35-40 mins. But he did call to explain. He came in the door, and I showed him where to go. His body odor was so bad. He went upstairs. He went back and forth. He went out to his truck, to get the right material tools. He shuts off four areas of the house just so he won't have to go up and down. Which made me so angry. And he goes back then he goes back out to find another screw. And after saying he was done, the switch was not even properly done. It was just very frustrating. I got so angry, I talked to the owner, and he sounds like as if he was making fun of me. And he promised to bring you and ivory cover and that did not happen.

"Our technician was approximately 30 minutes late due to having to take his young children to school that morning. He called the customer and notified her of this well before the appointment time of 8AM and Ms. [Member Name Removed] stated to both the electrician and our owner that running a little behind is perfectly okay. In response to the body odor, he was in our office working closely with me on paperwork very soon after this appointment and not one of the three people in our office could smell anything at all and we were huddled near each other in front of a computer. This specific technician services about 4-5 customers per day and not one has ever mentioned anything like this. So I honestly have no idea what is meant by "body odor" here. When a technician gets to a job it is necessary to go in and look at what the project entails and then go to the service truck to get the necessary tools and materials. So going back and forth is completely expected. It would make logical sense to turn off the power to the locations we are working and anything else that would be on that circuit so that we can work efficiently, correctly, and most of all, safely. Our owner stated to Ms. [Member Name Removed] that since she was not happy with the switch plate that was installed, he would personally come back today, Wednesday the 31st of October, to change it for her. Obviously, we were never given the opportunity to do this since the review was left before the day that we told her we'd be back to fix any issues she may have. I even personally spoke with her and refunded her our $55 service call charge as a courtesy. The electrician visited 4 other homes that day to complete work and not one of them had any issue with body odor or anything else, along with him again having been in our office and no one here noticing anything. We went above and beyond and did everything we possibly could to satisfy this customer. I would advise to take this review with a grain of salt seeing as we were never given the opportunity to even correct the issue she may have had with the work."

Excellent service. I've used this company in the past and was pleased so I decided to contact them again. They ran into problems with the service panel upgrade but they figured it out and completed the work in a timely manner. They honored the original quote so I didn't have to pay extra for the additional labor and materials required for the panel upgrade.

All work was done great. Tech showed up and examined our work. Was told right away that he could get some of the list done right away but was unsure about the rest (he had another appointment scheduled in a few hours). Great communication in letting me know what to expect. Fixed a problem with an outdoor circuit, moved an off center ceiling box and hung a light on first visit. Second visit added a ceiling box, circuit, and fan, replaced outdoor post lamp. On second trip the tech also noticed a bad outlet with some burned wires and replaced them. Overall, it was a time/materials charge and came in way under other estimates I had done.

Curt had to dig a 24 inch trench to bared the wire, installed two splice boxes and refeed the garage. Curt did and excellent job and my garage has power. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I have used Best electric twice before and they have been wonderful to deal with. I feel very comfortable using this company. The work is excellent. I feel they are honest and professional. Some thing that hard to find now a days.

It went very well. Curt was scheduled to arrive between noon and one pm. He called in the morning to set the arrival time at one pm, and arrived right on time at one pm. Additionally, he set the security light settings the way I wanted them, swept up the dust from the switch installation, and even replaced the box over the attic stairway opening. He was pleasant and efficient. It took him exactly 2 hours to do the work. A nice feature of this company is that after the first hour, they charge by the quarter hour. I would definitely hire Best Electric again.

I've used Best Electric in the past based on positive reviews and was pleased. This experience was also positive and I will use them again in the future. The process took about two hours and went very much according to plan. Any impact to opening drywall, etc was made clear prior to work being performed. Work was done well and my questions were answered respectfully.

"We made a mistake with the order of parts for this job. This meant that we had to put in a temporary breaker until we could get the correct breaker. There was no danger with the temporary breaker and the owner was in a hurry to get the hot tub working. We had no knowledge that Mr [Member Name Removed] was unhappy with the scheduling and clean-up. It is not our practice or policy to have unsatisfied customers."

.GREAT. I wish all businesses were run as good as this one. I had another company come in and tell me I needed to change my breaker boxes and up grade from 60 AMP to 100. They could have done that too without me knowing because I know nothing about breaker boxes. The owner Paul told me on the phone, (well let's take a look at your boxes when we replace your lights and outlights). Kurt came in and told my husband and I that the breaker boxes were fine and he showed us where it says they are 100AMP. Because we have 2 addresses they saved us a lot of money. He just did the work that needed to be done. The work was done in a timely manner. For all the work that was done and the cost was very fair.

Curt was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. The installation of the exterior outlet went much faster than originally quoted, and the receptacle is perfect for what we need in our Wisconsin weather. He helped me figure out where everything in our panel went as we couldn't figure some of the items out, and swapped out the breaker for the dryer which fixed the problem, and wasn't originally listed as an item we requested work on. Curt got along well with my skittish dog too, which is a bonus! Definitely will be using them for all future electrical projects!

Randy was very pleasant. We had an outlet in the bathroom that wasn't working. He moved a GFIC outlet from one side of the vanity to the other and replaced the first one with a regular outlet. This saved us the cost of a new GRIC...about $20. He was done in an hour and cleaned everything up. Excellent work.
