"Excellent response. Excessive dust has been visible throughout the house for some time, especially in the hallway and master bedroom. We suspected buildup in the air duct and a break or blockage in the dryer vent. We were told the first available date for this work would be two weeks in the future. Fortunately, a change allowed us to be added to the schedule within a few days. Technicians (Mike & Colby) went the extra mile to research the problem and fix issues. The initial 1/2 day cleaning became an all day effort. The dryer vent had a broken line (duct tape had failed on a section) and the air duct had two sections (2-3 feet long) that looked intact externally, but had actually collapsed inside causing insulation to be in contact with system airflow. Other companies have provided duct cleaning and sealing without identifying this issue. Conjecture is that the ducts were damaged due to overstretching when installed or previous damage during cleaning. We are very happy that air quality will now improve and they found the cause that others couldn't. We highly recommend this company."

We set up the appointment, and set the date. Two men came to our home and did the job of removing our old furnace and AC and installing our new ones. It took 2 1/2 days to do the job and it turned out wonderful. The men were great to work with and did a terrific job. They were very polite and fun and answered all our questions.
