Supplier gave quote over the phone based on number of vents and returns. Actual price was as quoted and was about half of some other providers quoted. Technician showed up on time and was very through. All work was done properly all vents and covers were replaced and house was kept clean. I asked technician about dryer vent that did not appear to be drawing properly. (this was not part of the original scope of work.) The technician found the vent was broken. He repaired and cleaned the vent for a nominal extra charge. I was very please with this service and will use this supplier again.

The service I received was efficient and professional. When he arrived, he took off

his shoes before entering our home and wiped the wheels off of the machine he would be using for the job. After showing him where all the vents in the house were, he went to work. He also checked the furnace filter and cleaned two fans. The job took about two hours from start to finish and I paid what I was quoted on over the phone when I made the appointment. Good value for the work done, better air quality in our home.

Very professional, prompt and courteous. Even provided replacement hose for my dryer at no extra cost! As for do's and don'ts I would note that the equipment is quite loud, so be advised. But it did not take very long at all. Great experience.

Called Otto's, first got a voice mail, followed by a call back. I was able to get the date and time I wanted for their service. Eric showed up on time. Removed his shoes upon entry, did a walk thru of the house to see where all of the supply and return ducts were. Quoted a price which was what I was expecting. He explained how long the job would take, then went out to his car to get the equipment, came back in and did the job in his socks. After the job was complete he showed what all was removed from the ducts. Promptly loaded the equipment, got paid by check and left.

Eric arrived right on time.He worked hard for two hours to clean my 51 year old ducts. Afterward, he showed me the debris that he removed from the ducts. It was a lot and I was shocked. No wonder I was having respiratory problems for a while. He even cleaned my registers and dryer vent. He was great to work with and I will definitely use this company again. Most of all I am thankful for breathing better air.

Eric called to verify that the dryer is on the second floor and asked if he could come early, which was fine with us. He arrived promptly at the new time with his equipment in hand and began work immediately. I knew that it was an extra big job, but he tackled it without complaint. I mentioned that we were considering installing a vent closer to the dryer. When he was finished, he took me outside and showed me where and how he thought we could install a vent that would work better. He told me that my original idea wouldn't meet code and then told us that if we would like all of our air vents cleaned, he would give us a discount because of the service we already had done.

Eric was punctual, very professional, and thorough with the job. I would definitely use his service again with the exception of the fragrance addition as it didn't last long, perhaps a day at most.

He would not give up despite a lack of success looking in the ducts and in the insulation. Eventually, he found the recently deceased and efficiently removed it and cleaned the area. The company was prompt despite the snow conditions that week, very courteous and professional.

This experience was sooo much better than with another company, not only was Eric professional but he also cleaned my vents out in my backyard. Eric was by himself and finished the work in half the time that the other company did with 3 men. Also the price was much lower than quoted on the phone. I am so pleased by their service that I will definitely tell all my clients. Also Otto answered his phone, the other's I tried I had to leave messages. This tells me your either too busy for me or not professional enough.

I spoke with Otto the first time I called. I counted ducts and returns and he gave me an estimate. The work was performed two days later. The technician was thorough, friendly, and helpful. He also reconnected a return duct that had come apart even though I said he did not have to bother with it and I could fix it later. I had miscounted by a few ducts for the original estimate but he insisted he charge me the original estimated amount.

We met Walt Otto at the Fall Home and Garden show, had a great chat and scheduled the work on the spot. Eric came out and did the work as scheduled. He was terrific. Very courteous and conscientious, explained everything, answered my questions and gave extra advice on the dryer as well. I had read a great deal online about the controversy over whether cleaning ducts really makes a difference so, I was somewhat skeptical but, I had chronic sinus headaches that hadn't cleared up even with the expensive filtering unit we added to our heater so, I thought it would be worth a try. It could be just coincidence but, I haven't had a single sinus headache yet since the cleaning (it's been two weeks) so, I'm convinced it made a difference! From everything I read online, the system Otto's Air Care uses is the best.

After reading the good reviews here, I called Walt about a week ago and he scheduled Eric to come and clean my duct work today. The last time this was done was 10 years ago when I had the heat pump installed, so it was long overdue. Eric was very polite and quick, and when finished showed me the results. I suspected there would be a fair amount of dog hair from my two dearly departed blue heelers, but his machine was filled clear to the brim. Eric said he'd never seen it so full. After that shock, I sure won't be waiting another 10 years to have this done again, especially if I get another dog.

Eric was marvelous! He was able to get to my dryer vent a day earlier than planned, arrived when he said he would and finished the job in no time even though there was (oh my gosh) 20+ years of lint accumulated.

I was able to set up an appointment right away, within a few days. The fellow who did the work, Eric, was pleasant, worked clean, and had good advice. Some remodeling work had just been finished so the ducts were pretty dusty.

Initially called for a dryer-duct cleaning estimate; I wanted three, and the first two were extremely high. Walt's was about 1/3 the cost of the others, and since we recently purchased our home, I asked what it would cost to have our ductwork cleaned as well. His quote for both jobs was only $120 more than just having the dryer duct cleaned by either of the other two companies, and his estimate included cleaning the dryer duct (on the second floor, at no extra charge, which is something the other companies were going to do), 13 ducts, and using a natural sanitizer to keep down allergens and prevent mold after the ductwork was cleaned. He and his employee were prompt, great to be around, answered all our questions, and cleaned everything before they left. They also showed us the empty equipment before they started, and how full it was before they left. I was very impressed with their integrity, and the overall great job! Thanks, Walt!

I found the owner Walt to be a delight during the first phone call to explain the process and set up an appointment. He arranged for his staff person to come within a few days of my call, at my convenience. Steve was friendly, professional, and efficient. He showed me the accumulation after the cleaning was through, which certainly gave me a visual of the amount of dust that fills our houses. It took about two hours, my house smelled quite fresh afterward, and my husband has stopped sneezing!

Easy to get a hold of and make appointment. They showed up on time. Very friendly. They did a great job. The dryer vent is about 20 feet long and has a elbow in it. It was taking about 3 hrs. to dry towels. They were able to get it completely clean. And they also showed me everything they got out of the vents. They were here over three hours to make sure they got everything. I will have them come back again.

Eric was excellent. He's easy to work with, he answered all my questions, showed up promptly and came in under the telephone bid. He has changed the company name to Aeroflux.

I met Walt Otto, owner of Otto's Air Care, at the Fall Home Improvement Show and scheduled an appointment for the cleaning. He arrived at the scheduled time. As I showed him the location of all the ducts his assistant brought in the vacuum equipment. Walt opened the holding cannister to show me it was empty. His assistant went to each floor duct and inserted the very long hose vacuuming each duct. Some of the ducts had small toys such as Lego's in them from past occupants. I purchased this 1950's house last year and did an extensive rehab, so I knew the ducts were pretty dirty. The cannister was full of dust, cat hair, and dirt when they were finished. Walt said he was surprised there was that much accumulation. At that time he asked if I had allergies and would I like to have the sanitizing process done. I do have allergies so I asked him what was used and how it would smell and the cost. Sounded good to me, so that was done. Walt was very professional and personable.
