Achates Residential Services provides air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and air duct anti-microbiral sanitation for homeowners throughout the PDX Metro. In addition to our duct services, Achates also offers pressure washing, roof moss removal and gutter cleaning for residential homes and light commercial buildings less than three stories. Using Rotobrush technology, our negative air system goes from the vent side down through the trunkline of your HVAC system gently knocking down debris using our rotating feather soft nylon brushes before being sucked in to our HEPA filtered collection pod. We then apply an anti-microbial & sporicidal fogging of the vents to kill bacteria, viruses and spores that may be growing in your HVAC system. No cutting into your system. No blowouts of dust. No damaging your duct system.
