But the worst part of all of this has been their combative communication with us since. The CEO told me over email that I was in "desperation mode" and threatened to sue me for my Yelp review."

I reached out the company and let them know I needed some work.(Their estimators are bad at estimating)…….The guy came out and I showed him the previous step and said please replace this. I guess it was my bad that a company like this could not replace something to the previous example that already had there. The new step they installed was short and worse then the one I already had there. The first guy did not even attach it to the wall and the second guy had to come out and do that. All together this was almost 600 dollars of work? Does this look like a 600 dollar step. I reached out to a actual carpenter and they would have only charge my 300 dollars. SO again do not go with we honey do, they are stealing you out of your money for half – A$$ work. Very disappointed in them. VERY"

I guess it was my bad that a company like this could not replace something to the previous example that already had there. "This was a horrible experience. A guy who worked for him replaced our existing wood deck and did a good job. When it was time to stain it, the guy no longer worked there so the owner said he would do it. Big mistake! He ruined our deck. The stain he used never cured and everything stuck to it. After repeated attempts to contact him to fix it, I finally gave up. There's no way to fix what he did. My husband ended up sanding the surface so we could at least use the deck. Most likely it will need to be completely replaced to fix his screwup."
