Called them on Thursday, they came Sunday. Very punctual and polite. Extremely helpful and explained everything to me. This was my first home and they went through everything I'd need to know.

I called on Wednesday and they came in on Friday. Stayed for a few hours maybe 4. I wasn't even there while they took their samples. I just let them in. They sent the samples to the lab and by Tuesday I got the results. There were a couple of items that they knew or I knew had asbestos or had a high probability of asbestos. Those Items I got a choice to test. Either test them or consider them as having asbestos. I chose not to test and that saved me a little bit of money.

They showed up on time and did the lead paint testing quickly and efficiently. They used this high tech equipment called XRF analyzer without making any damage on the wall. I called other places to get quotes and their rate was the best.
