The quality of work was very good. His workers, on the other hand, were not. Actually, only one was bad. He stopped and talked on the phone, smoked cigarettes, and bothered the other worker. Seems like I paid for a lot down time.

I would not recommend this service, but if you are using them 1. Ask for references and ask detailed questions on their experience before signing up 2.Include dates in the contract otherwise you could go weeks before the promised date and even have them prep later to hold on to the job and not start work for weeks 3. Get detailed estimates and hours on all the work, to minimize issues in future

It went great, he did very good work. He is an extremely communicative constructive manager. Every question was answered immediately. He is an onsite guy, he checks out all of his projects, I feel like once a day. he is in touch with his contractors to make sure everything is the way it should be.

Joe Myers used a subcontractor for the resurface and painting of our parking lot, however, the subcontractor was increadible...despite having bid the job, they did extra work we requested at only a small increase over the bid price...

When my mother had knee surgery we decided to have a walk in shower installed in the master bathroom and the laundry area moved from the basement to the top floor in their house. We asked Joe to do this project since he had removed a drop down ceiling in our kitchen a few years ago and we were very happy with the work he did. The bathroom was a complete gut and re-do and it turned out beautiful. The laundry area was our biggest concern since we had to remove existing bookshelves and push out the wall in the guest bathroom to accommodate the washer and dryer. It was a very tight squeeze but in the end he made it work. We could not be happier with the end result. Joe was very responsive to text messages and would return phone calls. He has great people working with and for him. As with any contractor you have to stay engaged with the project and ask questions to make sure you are getting what you want. He will give suggestions and do what he thinks is best if you don't give him specific instructions. He is, I think, a little expensive but he does Class A work and we know that in the end we will have beautiful end results.

Joe and his team are awesome. Joe is extremely good at managing the work and regularly keeps in contact. They performed all items needing addressing in a timely manner. He and his men were always polite and do high quality work. This is the second house we have remodeled and this has been our best experience (even after the last one was good too). I would highly recommend Joe for any type of work in the house -- especially woodwork and painting.

He was a bit expensive but the quality of his work was amazing. His workers were punctual and efficient. They kept the area clean and even removed the old deck. I would use them again. He wasn't overly demanding with payment and was very responsive to my questions.
