The bid process provided a detailed perspective of the damage and a detailed plan for the repair work, drying process and costs. The clean-up job took 6 days to complete and the employees were prompt and professional. The team removed the drywall, wet moldy carpet and other compromised materials, setup the drying equipment and dehumidifiers in a reasonable amount of time.
The workers returned at the scheduled date and time to inspect the job and determine if it was completely dry. More time was required to complete the drying and the team brought in some additional heat equipment to finish the job. They returned two days later to remove the equipment and clean-up. The team did a great job on all fronts and I recommend them based on their work quality and work ethic.

They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, telling me what they were doing, asking me questions, and keeping me informed. They were as unobtrusive as they possibly could have been, considering that they had to take over the entire downstairs.
There's absolutely no smell left over either from their equipment or from the water damage itself. They were very conscientious of carefully moving what they needed to move, and cleaning up after themselves. I'm extremely glad that they were the ones to come out and take care of that part of fixing up this mess.
