The installation crew did a thorough cleanup and completed their work on time. Although the bid was competitive compared to others, the work was still more expensive than I felt it should be considering that work took less than a day and used few materials (aside from a sump pump which accounted for 1/3 of the cost). The only negative was that the financial office was unprepared with the necessary paperwork at the time of the work, causing some slight confusion. However, they did get this sorted out quickly and the minor issue did not at all delay or interrupt the work."

I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"

"Following a 1.5 hour broken toilet fixture, returned home to find water streaming under the wall in the front of the home, and water 1.5" deep in the carpet of the entry, bathroom, living room and bedroom. After phoning, they were on-scene within 30 minutes with all the professional tools necessary to address the problem. The staff was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They also worked hard to provide detailed documentation to the insurance company. Since the carpet and pad were old, I requested they be removed, which they did quickly and efficiently. They vacuumed the remaining water and installed fans and dehumidifiers. The staff monitored these on a daily basis for 7 days, until the walls measured zero moisture."
