"A couple months ago we purchased a shower replacement from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle. Yesterday and today John M. and Joe D. installed our new shower. We have never had better professionals do anything in our house. The installation should have started a day earlier than it did, but the installer assigned to our job was ill. The dispatcher apologized and told me that they would be sending the "A-Team" the next day. That was an understatement (John has over 30 years in the trade) . Joe and John arrived EXACTLY the time they said they would. Before starting they explained exactly what they would be doing. They worked quickly, were very friendly and answered all question during the install. At the end of each day the work areas were cleaner than when they arrived. At the end they explained in detail, how the new shower worked. True professionals. You could tell that they really loved their jobs. We would hire them anytime. Thanks J & J! Plumbing questions, answered by experts

No, fixing or patching a hole in a gas line may not seal it completely. A patch should be a temporary solution because the damaged area will be weaker than the rest of the pipe, increasing the likelihood of future leaks. Therefore, if a gas line incurs damage, call a licensed plumber and have it replaced right away.

Minor fixes, like leak repairs, are manageable DIY projects; however, major replacements usually require professional services to ensure safety.

It is safe to use a frost-proof or freeze-proof spigot or pump in the winter if you live in an area with freezing temperatures. Otherwise, it's best to fully drain and shut down your outside spigot in the winter to avoid cracking a pipe.

Professionals adjust or replace malfunctioning parts, ensuring water is distributed evenly for a healthy garden.

Local building codes sometimes require sewer ejector pumps to have their own vents. If so, these dedicated vents run upward through the home and exit through the roof. Otherwise, the pump’s vent pipe can connect to an existing vent stack. Regardless of which method you use, venting is an important part of installing a sewer ejector pump because it helps equalize pressure and prevents gases from building up inside your home.
