"The individual who visited and prepared the proposal, as well as the installation team, arrived on time, provided helpful and accurate detail on what work would be performed, how, and when, and executed their work in an organized fashion. The installation crew did a thorough cleanup and completed their work on time. Although the bid was competitive compared to others, the work was still more expensive than I felt it should be considering that work took less than a day and used few materials (aside from a sump pump which accounted for 1/3 of the cost). The only negative was that the financial office was unprepared with the necessary paperwork at the time of the work, causing some slight confusion. However, they did get this sorted out quickly and the minor issue did not at all delay or interrupt the work."

He said he could hear some water running so we went out and opened the crawl space and sure enough there was a water leak. he went and got the materials that he needed to resolve the leak, fixed the leak.  Getting a quote for the job was very straight-forward with JM Plumbing & Mechanical.  I sent a message to JM Plumbing and Mechanical through Angie's List message feature.  I described the 3 problems and received a prompt response with a quote of $350.  Jerry and TJ arrived ahead of the scheduled time, and got right down to business.  They let me know the sequence they would be working on the issues and immediately shut off the water and got to work.  After the work started, I mentioned another problem with the water running in the toilet and Jerry said he would look at that as well.  They were prepared with the parts they needed for the initial repair requests, but needed additional parts for the toilet repair so went to Home Depot to get those and then returned and completed the shower handle, toilet repair, and outside faucet repair very quickly.  Then TJ got under the house, found the leaky pipe and caulked that.  That job alone was a big relief to get taken care of.  Considering the crawlspace under this house, I had no idea how much something like this would cost to have fixed, but it was completed by TJ like it was no big deal.  Before leaving, two more issues came up unrelated to my original request.  Jerry was very sincere in offering to check those out as well and did so in a matter of minutes.  I could not be more satisfied with the value I received for $350 and would definitely use this company again.
