"Diagnostician/Estimator and Plumbing team were just excellent. Sewer work and team very good, but also very pricey. Repairs on system were well done - crawlspace access area was damaged to extract the old sewage tank. Damage is still being repaired by homeowner. Harts rebated some cost to cover access damage. All Harts team members were fully vaccinated, wore masks, and were great to work with. Harts completed work within 1 day within quoted costs. New sewer pump alarm system system malfunctioned right after the install was finished - Harts sent a repair tech out to fix it on next day - excellent service - fixed the twisted tank float problem - no charge. Building inspector noticed new sump pump was tilted and alarm wiring was not properly affixed to the house - minor issues, I would hire Harts again but negotiate hours and pricing ."

"Gardner came to do an inspection of my basement and provide a quote. I had received other quotes that only provided for a single sump pump install at outrageous prices. He was very thorough, took two hours to measure, inspect, provided videos and explanations on everything, and the quote was shockingly affordable with so much more work I was ecstatic! I am getting a three sump pump with back up battery, and so much more for basically what the others quoted. And, to have the option to finance through Greensky was the cherry on top! "The individual who visited and prepared the proposal, as well as the installation team, arrived on time, provided helpful and accurate detail on what work would be performed, how, and when, and executed their work in an organized fashion. The installation crew did a thorough cleanup and completed their work on time. Although the bid was competitive compared to others, the work was still more expensive than I felt it should be considering that work took less than a day and used few materials (aside from a sump pump which accounted for 1/3 of the cost). The only negative was that the financial office was unprepared with the necessary paperwork at the time of the work, causing some slight confusion. However, they did get this sorted out quickly and the minor issue did not at all delay or interrupt the work."

"I called Jerry Moore and left a message to call me. He called me back in a prompt fashion. He was very easy-going and professional. He set up time on a Sunday morning to install the toilets, which was very convenient for me. When we talked about the appointment time, I asked him how long it would take to install the two toilets. He said an hour to do both toilets. We negotiated an appointment time, and I explained my other appointment that I had that day for lunch. He was very respectful of my scheduel. We set up a time of 9:00, and he showed up early!! This was wonderful!!!
He evaluated the toilets and the location of each bathroom, and proceeded to install the new toilets. I observed his work, and he was very personable and patiently answered my questions and explained things to me. He installed the two toilets in the estimated time that he told me. The water hose leading to the tank to fill the tank was too short for the new toilets. I had not told that I was installing higher toilets. He looked in his truck for the appropriate hose length. He did not have them in his truck, so he made a quick trip to the hardware store, and promptly returned to finish the installation of the hoses which was all that was left to do. I believe that the hose issue was my fault because I had not completely described the job to him. I did not mention they were higher toilets.
After installing the toilets he tested them to make sure they worked properly, and he showed my how to get a greater flush from the low-flush toilets if more water were desired.
Jerry was very nice, and he did a great job!!! I am pleased with my new toilets and much of that pleasure comes from the great service and attentive performance of JM Plumbing and Mechanical. I would call him back to do more work for me. I recommended him to friends of mine, and they contacted him, too.

"Plumber (Anthony) arrived on time. Initially, we had though that the sump pump needed to be replaced. However, he diagnosed the problem to be poor positioning of the pump, which had also been covered in debris. The problem was immediately fixed in less than a half hour. Furthermore, Anthony was very courteous and professional. We would definitely use him and this company again."
